Settle into your accommodation, whether that's locally or onsite for those glamping or staying with the bridal party.

Welcome Drinks & Bites

Kick-off the weekend and soak up a bit of country charm at The Neville Hotel - a proper Aussie pub, for relaxed drinks a few bites and a cheeky band to get the grooves going.

Guest Arrival

Please arrive at 2:00pm for welcome drinks.

2:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Ceremony 

Take a seat in the beautiful Hilton Homestead garden and maybe bring a tissue.

3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Cocktails & Reception

Enjoy cocktails and bites in the gardens followed by a three course family style dinner, speeches laughs and tears throughout the evening.

9:00 PM - Late

Celebration & Party

Dancing into the night with a set list of a Live band then DJ. We will have late-night snacks and Espresso Martinis to keep everyone going.

11:00 PM & 12:30 AM

Return Buses

Two return buses to Neville, Carcoar, Blayney, and Millthorpe (same as pick up locations)

First bus: 11:00pm
Second bus: 12:30am

Recovery Brunch

Shake off those sore heads and join us for coffee and brunch in John & Megan's beautiful garden. Coffees, bacon n' eggs, and fruit platters will be on offer (hair of the dog also an option)

From 3:30 PM

Lawn Games & BBQ

Stick around for a relaxed afternoon of games, followed by a casual BBQ in the evening. No pressure, just good vibes and last catch-ups.

Farewells & Departures 

Departure day for anyone who had stayed onsite or off.

Come and say goodbye as we pack everything up and get ready to check in to the reality of married life (omg)

Those who stay longer will be put to work ;-P

Early March in the Central West of NSW is late summer/early autumn. Expect warm days and cooler evenings throughout the weekend.

We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evenings, and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
